Exercising Access, Data Portability, and Deletion Rights
To exercise the access, data portability, and deletion rights described above, please submit a verifiable consumer request to us by either:
- Emailing us at developer@domozoo.com
- Visiting www.domozoo.com
- Following password-protected account instructions.
Only you or someone legally authorized to act on your behalf may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information. You may also make a verifiable consumer request on behalf of your minor child.
Please note that you may only make a verifiable consumer request for access or data portability twice within a 12-month period. The verifiable consumer request must:
- Provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected personal information or an authorized representative.
- Describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.
We are unable to fulfill your request or disclose personal information unless we can authenticate your identity and confirm your authority to make such a request.
Submitting a verifiable consumer request doesn't necessitate the creation of an account with us. Nevertheless, if your request is made through a password-protected account, we do consider it adequately verified, especially when the inquiry pertains to personal information linked to that specific account.
The personal information furnished in a verifiable consumer request will solely be utilized to confirm the identity or authorization of the requester in making such a request.
Response Timing and Format
We strive to address a verifiable consumer request within a period of forty-five (45) days from the time it is received. In situations where additional time, up to another 45 days, is necessary, we will communicate the reason for the extension and the extended timeframe in writing.
If you hold an account with us, our written response will be delivered to that specific account. In the absence of an account, we offer the option for the written response to be delivered either by mail or electronically, depending on your preference.
