The Tribunal shall consist of three (3) arbitrators, with the user appointing one (1) arbitrator, us appointing one (1) arbitrator, and the third arbitrator being selected by the two (2) appointed arbitrators. The language of the arbitration shall be English.

 

Notwithstanding the above, users agree that we are entitled to submit such Dispute for resolution through any other dispute resolution mechanism, including the courts of any jurisdiction. We shall further be entitled to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in the event of any breach or anticipatory breach by the user, without any obligation to provide any bond or surety or proof of damages.
